What is your shipping Policy?
Shipping and handling prices for prints are determined by the printer, Bay Photo Lab.
As for the originals, shipping and handling is on me. If you live in or around San Francisco Bay Area, please inquire about seeing the work in person (there is also an option of me bringing painting to your home, so you can see whether it works in your space).
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If the print arrives flawed or damaged, Bay Photo Lab will handle the return. If it is technically perfect, but you are not satisfied with it nonetheless, you can send it to me directly within thirty days for a full refund (please contact me for the shipping address).
You can also return an original painting within thirty days, in its original packaging. I will issue the full refund the moment it arrives. However, the shipping and insurance costs are on you in this case.
